1. Website Description<\/h2>\n

Fundes Costa Rica, for more than 40 years, has worked with the conviction that SMEs are the engine of the economies of Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n

Our work has focused on providing them with tools, access to markets, and innovative solutions to ensure their growth and impact within their communities.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n

To use the website and potentially develop business with Fundes Costa Rica, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and have a company or business registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Costa Rica, or be an authorized SME in any Latin American country.<\/p>\n

3. User Registration and Personal Data<\/h2>\n

a. Account Creation<\/h3>\n

Some features of the website may require you to register. To do so, you must provide accurate and complete information. You declare under oath that the information provided is truthful, belongs to you, and does not belong to any third party.<\/p>\n

b. Required Personal Information<\/h3>\n

To access certain services, users of legal age may be required to provide personal data such as full name, address, email address, company information, phone number, and other relevant data (“Personal Data”).<\/p>\n

c. Use of Personal Data<\/h3>\n

The Personal Data collected will be used to manage your account, communicate with you, provide relevant information and content, and send marketing communications such as newsletters, webinar invitations, and other related events.<\/p>\n
