The Project Coordination role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring consulting projects that connect client needs with development opportunities for MSMEs. This role will be key in both operational and financial execution, ensuring that each initiative is delivered with quality, impact, and in full compliance with established commitments.

The Project Coordination function is the backbone that provides both technical and financial visibility to the value proposition of the Central American HUB. It is responsible for the full project cycle—from initial design and costing to strategic closure.
We are looking for a professional with an efficiency-driven mindset, capable of navigating complex environments with agility and strong attention to detail.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, consultative sales, or business development, preferably in consulting, social impact, or enterprise development.
Proven experience engaging and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including private sector, public institutions, and multilateral organizations.
