At the same time, human capital development was promoted through leadership training, role definition, and ongoing productivity improvement programs, successfully consolidating a high-performance-oriented team. The process enabled the formalization of professional recyclers, expansion of the network of waste generators, improvement of commercialization prices, and the structuring of a replicable business model. These efforts resulted in substantial increases in operational efficiency, a doubling of revenues, and the sustainable expansion of collection routes.
