The Castrol Ambassadors Program is an initiative designed to strengthen the business development of automotive workshops in Colombia, enhancing their professionalization, operational efficiency, and competitiveness within an evolving value chain.
The Challenge
Automotive workshops—mostly MSMEs—face structural barriers such as low levels of professionalization, limited adoption of quality and service standards, restricted access to technical training and management tools, and weak integration into more sophisticated value chains, limiting their growth and sustainability.
The Solution
Through the Castrol Ambassadors Program, we supported workshops with a practical, hands-on approach that combined virtual training, tailored action plans, and specialized advisory. The program included webinars with actionable content, continuous follow-up, and technical support to implement tangible improvements in each business.
